I founded CSI in 2003 after I healed myself from chronic ulcerative colitis which was created due to stress in the workplace. I made a vow at that time to send a message to individuals in corporations that they did not have to let their stress become so bad that it would manifest itself through a physical illness. All of my work focuses on taking an inside/out approach to challenges; looking at what is going on inside the person and adjusting it for good so as to heal and meet the challenges we face on the outside, whether those challenges are at work or home. When we have a positive self-image and honor our own well-being, we thrive in every area of our lives.

I developed this site to be a tool and a resource for you on your journey through your own soul. Individuals can use it as well as corporations. What helps one of us helps us all. Healing our planet, which is in dire need of healing right now, is only an extension of healing ourselves. We must know that there are no coincidences and that everything happens for a reason. We must know that we have already made our choices and our responsibility now is to live into those choices.
